Cancellation policy

Customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to send a statement to:

By means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail), you need to inform us of your decision to revoke this contract.

For this purpose, you can use the model withdrawal form provided by us, which is, however, not mandatory. You can download the withdrawal form from our website, state and and submit it. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such revocation.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event you will be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received return of the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. If the goods have already been dispatched at the time of revocation, you must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The cancellation period shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the unmediated costs incurred for the return of the goods. In case of refusal of acceptance or return by DHL (e.g. because of problems with delivery) costs of 4,50€ have to be paid to us, because these return costs will be charged to us by DHL.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery:

The product is no longer in its original packaging
The product is already used
Packaging is no longer in its original condition (banderole, box, cellophane)
