Delivery and shipping costs

Deliveries are insured by DHL (CO2 neutral shipping: GoGreen).
Orders will be picked up Monday to Friday by DHL.

Shipping within Germany
For deliveries within Germany we charge a shipping fee of 3,95 Euro.
Orders starting at a value of 29,90 Euro will be shipped free of charge within Germany.

Shipping within the EU
The shipping costs for orders within the EU are 9,90 Euro.
Orders starting at a value of 39,95 Euro will be shipped free of charge within the EU.

Shipping to Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway
The shipping costs for orders from Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway are 13,90 Euro.
Orders starting at a value of 45,95 Euro will be shipped free of charge to Switzerland, Great Britain and Norway.

If you wish an immediate and fast delivery, we recommend the payment via Paypal.

Upon payment in advance, goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment. The transfer process will take between one and four days.

The delivery time for deliveries within Germany is between 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping is also possible to Packstations and Post Offices in Germany.
In this case, please enter your DHL customer number under "Additional address". Instead of street/house number please enter the text "Packstation xxx" or "Post branch xxx". With xxx = 3-digit number of the Packstation/Postfliale.

Please note that in this case a delivery is only possible if you have registered as a customer with DHL in advance.
